This website is owned and operated by Anh Em Marketing Enterprise, a company registered in Vietnam and located in Ho Chi Minh City.
By using the website as a user, you confirm that:

If you do not register as a registered user, you will not be able to purchase the services and will only have access to the website as a non-registered user.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service offered through the service (“Purchase”), you may be required to provide certain information related to your Purchase, including but not limited to, your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping details.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or payment method(s) associated with your Purchase; and (ii) the information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and truthful.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product or service availability, inaccuracies in product or service descriptions or pricing, errors in your order, or other reasons.
We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction.
Charges And Payment
Unless otherwise explicitly stated or in cases of evident error, the charges for all services will be as indicated on the website at the time you place your order. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that service charges are accurate and correct at all times. If there is a discrepancy between the actual charge and the advertised charge, we will inform you of the actual charge for the service. If the charge discrepancy occurs after you have placed your order, you can choose to proceed with the order at the actual charge or cancel your order.
All charges displayed on the website will include all applicable taxes and VAT. An itemized receipt for your purchase will be available once the payment has been processed.
Subscriptions
Certain aspects of the service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be charged in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles can be set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you choose when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it. You can cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by reaching out to the Anh Em Marketing customer support team.
A valid payment method, such as a credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You must provide Anh Em Marketing Enterprise with accurate and complete billing information, which includes your full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By providing this payment information, you authorize Anh Em Marketing Enterprise to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to the specified payment methods.
If automatic billing fails for any reason, Anh Em Marketing Enterprise will send you an electronic invoice indicating that you must make the full payment for the billing period manually, within a specified deadline as stated on the invoice.
Term And Termination
Your contract as a user will remain in full effect while you are active on the website.
Anh Em Marketing Enterprise may terminate its contract with you by posting a notice on the website and/or sending an email to the registered user at least thirty (30) day`s before the termination date. You can stop being a user at any time for any reason by emailing Anh Em Marketing Enterprise your notice of termination, sent to the email address Support@anhemmarketing.com.
However, Anh Em Marketing Enterprise may suspend or terminate your access to the services immediately if:
- Third-party services and network providers stop making their services available to Anh Em Marketing Enterprise.
- Anh Em Marketing Enterprise believes that you or someone using your login details or account has violated any of these terms.
- Anh Em Marketing Enterprise suspects fraudulent use, misuse, or abuse of the website or services, in whole or in part.
- Anh Em Marketing Enterprise believes you have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
- Anh Em Marketing Enterprise determines that your use of the services could harm Anh Em Marketing Enterprise or any agency business users, potentially leading to a loss of revenue for Anh Em Marketing Enterprise. In this case, Anh Em Marketing Enterprise may terminate its contract with you with a minimum of fourteen (14) day's notice before the termination date.
- Anh Em Marketing Enterprise identifies that you have multiple accounts on the service.
If you have subscribed to a Subscription Service, your subscription will automatically renew monthly, unless you terminate it at any time for any reason through your account dashboard under “Settings” or by emailing us at Support@anhemmarketing.com. If your payment method is PayPal, you must also cancel the automated payment within the PayPal system to prevent future charges.
You may cancel your Subscription Service at any time, with the termination taking effect at the end of the current subscription period. Please note that subscription fees will not be refunded for early cancellations or other reasons.
If you have subscribed to a Subscription Service, your subscription will automatically renew monthly, unless you terminate it at any time for any reason through your account dashboard under “Settings” or by emailing us at support@anhemmarketing.com. If your payment method is PayPal, you must also cancel the automated payment within the PayPal system to prevent future charges.
You may cancel your Subscription Service at any time, with the termination taking effect at the end of the current subscription period. Please note that subscription fees will not be refunded for early cancellations or other reasons.
Free Trial
Anh Em Marketing Enterprise may, at its discretion, offer a Subscription that includes a free trial for a limited period (“Free Trial”).
You may need to provide your billing information to sign up for the Free Trial.
If you enter your billing information when signing up, you will not be charged until the Free Trial period ends. On the final day of the Free Trial, unless you have canceled your Subscription, you will be automatically billed the applicable subscription fees for the selected plan.
Anh Em Marketing Enterprise reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to (i) change the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) terminate the Free Trial offer altogether.
Warranties And Liabilities
You confirm that (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you have the legal right and ability to enter into and be bound by these Terms; and (c) you will comply with all applicable laws regarding the use of the Services and/or the Website as a User.
You also affirm that the information you provide to Anh Em Marketing Enterprise for purchasing Services is always true, accurate, and complete, and you will promptly notify Anh Em Marketing Enterprise of any changes to this information.
You acknowledge that Anh Em Marketing Enterprise merely facilitates the purchase of Services as a Registered User. As such, you understand that Anh Em Marketing Enterprise does not participate in any communications or dealings between you and other Users. You are advised to exercise caution if you choose to meet with or enter into any contractual agreements with other Users.
Anh Em Marketing Enterprise does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of User Submissions, the Website, or any Services. It is recommended that you do not rely on User Submissions or any information available on the Website when making decisions. In the event of a dispute with other Users, you release Anh Em Marketing Enterprise from any claims, demands, and damages (both actual and consequential) of any kind resulting from such disputes.
Fee Changes
Anh Em Marketing Enterprise may, at its discretion and at any time, change the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any modification to the Subscription fee will take effect at the end of the current Billing Cycle.
Anh Em Marketing Enterprise will give you reasonable prior notice of any changes to Subscription fees, allowing you the opportunity to cancel your Subscription before the new fees take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change is implemented indicates your acceptance of the revised Subscription fee amount.
- Any anticipated outcomes, savings, loss of profit, emotional distress, goodwill, or management time;
- Any indirect or consequential losses;
- Any other loss arising from tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, connected to your use of the Services, the website, or their contents as a User.

Refunds
Except as required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Beta And Evaluation Software
